Fishing Adventure

Every Saturday we go fishing as a family. One of these days I'm going to get my own waders [pink please, husband] so we can take turns fishing and watching Van, it's just not the same from the shore. We usually find a nice spot for Drew to fish that also has a beach for me to hang out on with Van and Jimmy, but a lot of times it's more like a rock island.

My cheat day go-to snack is Pringles, and Van's little hands fit perfectly inside the container to grab his own stack of chips. He can crunch down on a stack of 6 Pringles! It's so funny. We hiked around while Drew fished with his Sawtooth rod by Tenkara Rod Co. Luckily Jimmy didn't jump into the river this time chasing any ducks, so that was one less thing to worry about.

Before we know it Van will be fishing with his own little rod that daddy designed [coming soon] and we will all be able to catch some fish! I love doing stuff like this as a family. We need adventure in our life, no matter how big or small.
