You know how my husband likes wood? Well, his business partner started a company called Slim Timber making beautiful wood wallets by hand. He asked Drew for some help with this new wood watch idea he had been working on. What makes these watches different than the wood watches you may have seen before is they are automatic movement (powered by motion), water resistant, and the first ever skateboard watch.
Wood can be fragile, so over the past 6 months they have tweaked designs, made various prototypes, played with wood stabilization, and tested the quality. They have finally come up with the first wood watch of its kind- The Slab.
