Oregon has got to be one of the most beautiful states, ever. The Painted Hills are another one of the 7 Wonders of Oregon, located just 70 miles outside of Bend. When we got there it was cold and rainy, so the colors were bright hues of yellow, black, red and green. I hear the colors change depending on the time of day and weather, seriously so awesome to see. After visiting the Painted Hills we went on to the fossil beds where you can hike through and examine the hills more carefully. What a great place to stretch out your road trip legs and not to mention the views are incredible.
