This summer my sister Kylie lived with us while her husband was working in Afghanistan. I can't believe the time has passed already, but we got to be together for over 2 months straight! It was so fun to have a sister around again, just like the old days. She was super helpful with cleaning and cooking and keeping things tidy. She really was a second mama to Van man and even babysat a few times so Drew and I could go to a movie!
For a large portion of time while Kylie was living with us, Drew was in Brazil for the World Cup. I don't know what I would have done if she wasn't there for me. I made her a room upstairs and converted our bonus room into half bedroom half office. It's a pretty fun space and I am happy she was able to call my place home for a while. I will miss our Netflix marathons and fun road trip adventures, but there are always more to come.
Thanks Ky for keeping me company this summer, miss you already!
