bennett + madelyn + megan

today we celebrated my grandpa's 85th birthday. he's quite the popular fellow! the driveway was full of cars. a couple of my brothers were there with their families, my parents, uncle corey who i haven't seen in forever, and his son and wifey. it was a lot of fun! we had delicious chocolate cake and grandpa forgot to make his birthday wish. i guess that comes with old age!

me and the girlies had fun playing outside. benny and maddy are the cutest girls in the world! we scribbled love notes on the curb with bark, just like me and my sissies used to do when we were little. they showed me how fast they could run to the curb and back! then we planted magical beans and dreamed of a world where we could fly on seedlings. next time we go to grandpa and grandma's we're expecting to see a tree with apples, bananas, oranges and lemons on it- just as bennett wished for. finally, we discovered new bugs! bennett loved learning about nature and maddy thought the horses were elephants. she could not stop giggling. seriously these two make me happy.

special times with my nieces. just wanted to jot that down to remember.
