Merry Christmas!

The Ho Ho Hollenbacks wish you a Merry Christmas!

I realized today was my first Christmas away from home. That was kind of weird. But then I quickly realized Drew is my home, and I now have two families. It has been wonderful to spend Christmas with the Hollenbacks. We woke up early and spent literally half the day opening presents because there were so many. Santa brought even more over night! Isn't Drew's stocking the cutest?

 

Christmas Eve we each opened our star gift. The star gift is usually pajamas or a book. Mine was a crocheting book and a snuggie! Two things that go perfectly hand in hand. On Christmas Eve we also had a family talent show. Janae played the guitar and sang while Kendra played the bongo drum, Jerry and Kyle sang and danced while Sylvia accompanied on the piano, Sylvia also played the violin, and Drew burped the words to Oh, Christmas Tree while I played the piano.... poorly (it's been a while). Might I add Drew was embarrassed because his burping didn't go as well as planned although it truly is a talent of his, unfortunately. But his juggling of oranges didn't let us down.

I also finished my elf hat just in time for Christmas! Made with pretty green sparkly yarn and a bell to top it off. Meggie's Love wishes you a Happy Christmas too!
