Meet Eleanor.
The cute three legged doggy. She's a mix between a mini doberman pincher and chiuaua.
She's a sweet and hoppy dog! She also turns a lot of heads.
Too bad she's not actually ours, she belongs to Drew's friends but they're letting us borrow her for some reason.
So yesterday Drew picks me up from work and is like, "Hey Megan, I have a surprise for you. Wanna guess what it is?"
Immediately I say, "A dog!" Not even taking it seriously. I just really want a dog. But I continued to guess normal things like ice-cream or something edible.
Then when I get to the car, a cute little doggy hops out of the car and to my surprise she was missing a front leg! But that only made me love her more.
All's I have to say is it's obvious we're getting attached to sweet little Ellie! Watch out Drew's friends, you might have to beg for your puppy back!

ReplyDeletehahaha i love this. i laughed. you're so cute meg. always hip and adorably dressed. love it. love the puppy. funny friends to do that haha, maybe not so wise b/c i'd fall in love with the puppy too. remember when we had a kitty in college ave? and then it got kicked out and we were all SO SAD? sucks. i want a puppy so bad. drew's beard is gnarly, i like it.

ReplyDeleteI always want to get the animals that had been hurt or something like that. Like the kitties missing an ear or a tail, or the puppies missing a leg or an eye. I'm a softee when it comes to all animals of course, even more so to the three legged kind or similar.
