It was the hottest weekend of the summer and probably not the best time to camp in an RV in the Owyhee desert, but we were determined to get outside and catch some fish! Kylie and Spencer let us take their beloved vintage RV, Terry, for a go. It was so nice having a bed for everyone, a sink for washing my pump parts and bottles, and a table for eating. We ended up spending most of our time outside in the shade and in the water to stay cool.
Drew took both the kids out fishing, Liv in front and Van on the back. I always worry he will fall into the water, but somehow he hasn't yet. He gets some sort of bear strength when it comes to carrying around the kids while doing his hobbies and I'm so glad he loves to include them.
It was nice to get out and have a little adventure with my family!
