cascade on a weekday

so we heard about a place in cascade where you can surf on the river.

we met this cool old dude you see paddling there,

who is from california and lives in cascade during the summer.

he is out surfing the rapids every day, and inspired drew to join.

i have such a talented hub.

he caught on and was able to catch some waves.

next time, i'll have to try!

we got jimmy to stand on the surfboard too, but i think he has mixed feelings.

that night we crashed in the front yard of my grandparents cabin,

and fell asleep cuddling in our westy.
