I got a job! I am working for my friend Creighton Green's business GoDavis.biz. He is a hard working busy business man. In attempt of explaining this job simply, a business called theBasin.biz hired him to advertise. Since social media marketing is both a trend and a must in the current business world, he hired me (customer service) to call local businesses in Utah on behalf of theBasin.biz to set up deals and/or coupons for him to post daily on Facebook.
Now I have a legit online job that I can do from my couch at home! It also has long term potential for me so I am very thankful. Aside from that, I have expressed interest working elsewhere in Rexburg but have had no luck.
So here I am, sitting on my couch at 2 in the afternoon. I spend my time crocheting and sewing, trying to build up enough merchandise to open my Etsy shop. I'm not too hopeful on it's success, I'm just having fun being creative and seeing where it takes me. You'll have to wait and see what I come up with!
congratulations meg! i hope you like your job and don't hate it to death... i hate calling people. but in this economy, a job is a job, and i'm proud of you! hang in there!
