Bye Bye Summer

So we're back to school in Rexburg... well Drew is. It's his last semester and he for once really likes his classes! Kind of sad but I guess that's how it goes when you finally get into your major classes you love. Currently, I am looking for a job. With the help of my genius sister Ky, I have made a pretty fantastic resume and am starting to apply around. Hopefully I have some luck! But if you know anybody, be a pal and hook me up.

In case you're wondering, our traveling triplet blog has been updated so check it out here! I will continue updating it about each country we visited. Don't forget to check out our favorites page to hear more fun details about our favorite places we visited in Central America and our youtube channel to see footage.

Our new apartment is awesome and our landlords are just the sweetest people ever we love them! My favorite part about our place is the beautiful mural in the second bedroom. It has a tree with mountains, a creek, and mushrooms. We made that room the yoga/sewing/chill/exercise room. We also decided to get a new bed frame because we lost some parts to our old one, but when we got home with our new IKEA bed (which is very cute) we happened to find the missing parts to our old bed. Funny. So now it's for sale on Craigslist.
Drew recently bonked his cute little head on his sister's house and we had a stitches scare, but he toughed it out.
I feel like the summer went by way too fast. Our whole summer in Rexburg was pretty cold and I only went swimming once. Thank goodness for our trip or I would have been really sad! Since we've been back here we enjoyed one warm weekend and have been told that was the last, so back to the cold weather! Bye bye summer.

It's kind of weird being here in Rexburg and not being a student. I really did love going to school here. So many memories and friends come and gone, but the saddest part is no more sisters and I miss them. It's just not the same and I like to remember it the way it was when they were around. I am excited for Drew to finish and see what's next. Until then, we will make this last stretch in Rexburg good!

  4. Oh Megan! I love you and your honesty and goodness. I'm sorry that your sisters are gone, but somehow I have a feeling that you guys won't be apart for very long ;). I would be happy if you stayed here forever though! haha. Rexburg is turning into a home that means so much more to me than just a small university and singles trying to get dates ;). It won't be quite the same when you leave. Love you lot's.
